Notification and Publication Requirements

The working group on notification and publication requirements was established in response to the needs of several market participants as the relevant market rules were changed by what is today the SIX group.

In this specific case the needs of the above-mentioned market participants could be fully satisfied. As a result the activities of the SBC working group on notification and publication requirements have been discontinued for now. A final report has been published (in German).

The working group will resume its activities if new questions about the regulatory environment arise. Given the drastic changes in the financial markets and the respective regulations, this is likely to happen. Inquiries can be submitted and discussed with the members at any time.

The committee is currently headed by Mr. Ueli Goldener.

General Assembly OKS

The general assembly took place on May 10, 2012 at the Hotel Widder. The event was a great success not only by the number of attendee. The official part was followed by a presentation of Dr. Dominique Ammann (PPC Metrics) and a social part.
